POLICIES:
2-night minimum stay, except for holiday and peak periods
Check in is 4 pm, check out 11 am. Please inquire if your room is available for late or early check in/out as needed.
Unauthorized extensions beyond checkout time will result in a half to full day charge against your deposit.
A refundable deposit of $1,000.00 and 50% of total charges will be required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% of total charges must be received in advance of 30 days prior to arrival. A 10% Transit tax and $300 Cleaning fee is added to all stays.
Cancellations must be given 30 days in advance as well as any changes to your reservation. Upon receipt of your timely cancellation, we will refund you 50% of the initial deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are responsible for the full stay.
Overoccupancy and undeclared large events are not permitted.
All long distance calls must be charged to a credit card or dialed collect. There is no charge for local calls.
Each electronic card key that is not returned will be a $20.00 deduction from the refundable security deposit.
Costs incurred resulting from excessive cleaning required beyond normal cleaning time will be charged to the guest.

For groups of up to 30 people, our two adjacent homes on a private cul-de-sac may be reserved together for a combined 12 bedrooms in all.
